1. Scope & Reservation Life Cycle
Al Raha Holiday Homes offers independent room stays inside residential apartments and private houses located exclusively in the Emirate of Fujairah. We are not a hotel chain. When a guest initiates a reservation request, the system issues a temporary hold under a unique Booking ID (e.g. ARH-FUJ-2026-XXXXXX) with status PENDING_PAYMENT. The hold is maintained for up to 24 hours to allow bank transfer completion.
2. Guest Capacity & Residential Guidelines
Guests must accurately declare all occupants. Exceeding room capacity is prohibited by Fujairah residential building regulations. The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
3. Check-In Verification
An official Booking Pass is generated once payment is approved. Valid Emirates ID or passport copies must be presented for all staying guests before building security access is granted.
