Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Deadlines
Because our rooms are in high demand and held exclusively for your booking upon payment confirmation, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (15:00 GST on arrival day) for eligible refunds.
2. Refund Processing
Approved refunds for cancellations meeting policy criteria will be processed to the original bank account used for the transfer. Standard bank processing periods (typically 3 to 7 UAE banking days) apply.
3. Modifications
Date modifications are subject to room availability and rate adjustments. Contact our support team with your unique Booking ID to request date shifts.
