Guest Rules & Conduct

Our rooms are located within established residential apartment buildings and private houses in Fujairah. To maintain harmony with permanent residents, guests must observe the following:

• Quiet Hours: Between 22:00 and 08:00 GST daily. Loud music or disruptive noise is strictly forbidden.
• No Parties or Large Gatherings: Commercial gatherings and unregistered events are not permitted.
• Non-Smoking Indoors: Smoking of cigarettes, shisha, or e-cigarettes inside accommodation units is strictly prohibited.
• Key & Access Cards: Guests are responsible for issued building fobs and keys. Replacement fees apply if lost.
