1. Scope & Nature of Services
Al Raha Holiday Homes (operated by Patkar Infotech) provides accommodation booking services for private rooms, units, and suites situated within residential apartments, houses, and managed properties exclusively located in the Emirate of Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. We do not represent ourselves as a licensed hotel chain or franchise.
2. Booking Requests & Confirmation
Submission of a booking request through our platform creates a conditional hold on the specified dates. A booking is ONLY confirmed upon full verification of the transferred payment receipt by our administrative verification team.
3. Payment & Receipt Verification
Payments must be completed through the designated UAE bank transfer details displayed upon booking creation. Customers must upload an authentic receipt showing the exact payable amount and matching payment reference. Falsified or mismatched receipts will result in immediate rejection.
4. Guest Conduct & UAE Legal Compliance
Guests are required to comply with all applicable UAE residential regulations, including noise limits after 22:00, maximum occupancy limits, and proper documentation presenting valid government identification upon arrival.
